UKAI is an astrophotography forum with in excess of 5000 members. Although primarily UK based, our membership extends all over the world, from total beginners to highly advanced imagers, all of who have a very broad range of interests from dim and distant deep sky objects to the planets, moon, comets and the sun.
UKAI is an active forum, with friendly members, who are always willing to offer help and support to all levels of ability, with the ultimate aim of helping you get the best from your equipment and your astro images.
We really do encourage those who are new to astro-imaging to come and say hello and also post up any of your hard earned work on the Newcomers Corner board. Please don't be put off doing so by the world class images you see when browsing the main boards - there is no such thing as a picture that's "not good enough to post" and encouragement and improvement through shared learning is a fundamental goal of all of us on the forum.
If you haven't done so already then please register to gain full access to the UKAI boards, and also please take a few minutes to tell us a little bit about yourself, what equipment you have (or would like) plus your areas of interest in astro imaging. We always look forward to your input.
