Using an LX modded webcams for long exposure imaging.
« on: 19:38:20, 31 January, 2006 »
I've been asked a few times now to write a basic guide - I've done a word doc and loaded it to my website.  This will become a proper topic and page on my site in time.

Follow the link - http://coxellis.net/astroimg/webcamhelp.htm

In the initial setup stages, it's best to have a small circle around the computer - throw a cat at the lot of it, run it under a tap (whilst plugged in) watch it smoke til it stops then bugger off down the pub and forget the whole thing, but keep your sanity.

You can spend hours mucking around with settings - it'll either drive you mad or to the drink, so maybe there should be a page 5?  A quick discussion on the merits of various European 5%+ lagers?

Cheers :-D

So you have not tried Kestrel Extra Strong or Tennents Super  Ya big girls blouse ;)
Mixed equally with the 9%+ Cider it makes a fine aperitif
But you must not consume more than a Gallon as it tends to spoil your appetite. :P
