grammatical error??
« on: 13:39:58, 06 February, 2009 »
I really do apologise for being a pedantic old git  but shouldn't the title be Astrophysics rather than Astro Physics or we will all end up talking about the best mount in the world!!!

You are quite rite to pik up on this gramatikal eror. The standirds of speling these daze are also apawling.  ;)

However ...not all might agree that the Astro Fizzicks is "the" best mount in the world but one of a number.  ;)

On a serious note there are some serious new harmonic direct drive kit which I think could see changes in the
way drives are driven in the years to come to do away with ye old worm. These are derivations of robotic use
but still look very expensive. Examples of these are Chronos and ASA.

Those mounts do cost a little more than the AP though!

I knew a guy who was always moaning about people being pendantic. With an extra N. I never knew how to correct him without appearing....
You see the problem.

PS Dennis, I hate to say this, but putting Astro Physics instead of astrophysics would not be a grammatical error but one of - what - orthography? Typography???  Oh no, don't let's start on this road even if it IS cloudy...
