Lunar (Werner) X dates for 2011
« on: 12:03:27, 15 January, 2011 »
Thought people might find these useful.....

They will vary with location but gives you a rough idea   It also shows you which ones are during the day so a little more tricky to see  ;)

Hi all

I posted this image recently showing the names and locations of the 3 craters that, for a short duration each month, come together under the right illumination to create the Werner or Lunar X. I've shifted the image to here as well, on Ades good advice, so that anyone who fancies a go at this can easily find where to look. Enjoy, people, and good luck if you try it  :D!!!
