so, the part with the scale is your helical?

Yeap, that's right... a Borg Helical Focuser #7315 (

What is the part that has the ring which will clamp down over the flange on the bottom of the EP holder assembly?

It's just a 6mm spacer from a set of T thread spacers ( with a couple of other T Thread spacers used between the focuser and the BF5.

So, the part far left is a 2"-SCT adapter (into which the etalon goes), that has a 2" to 1.25" adapter into which the focuser goes.  Then on the other end of the focuser goes 2x 15mm T thread spacers onto which a 6mm T thread spacer goes clamping the BF5.
