Campfire Burning...(he said camp...private joke)

L>R John (Ades Uncle):Mark (Eccoskies):Phil (psjshep):Ade (Swashy):Simon (Nomis Elfactem):Roger (RogerB) at the weekend tactics meeting

Simon setting up with some help from Ade whlst Roger shouted "Gap" somewhat randomly

Some great views with the little PST

The conversation inevitably strayed to Quantum Entanglement (or somesuch)

Mark (Eccoskies)

Roger (Roger B)

Simon (Nomis Elfactum)

Phil (psjshep)

Mark perhaps found the talk of Quantum Entanglement a little tiring

Mark and Ade testing the hypothesis that Solar Imaging requires copius Crabbies to go smoothly

Ade testing the Crabbies side of the hypothesis...

...whilst Simon and Roger set to work on the imaging bit

before Roger and Ade did a test flight of Capricorn 1

Which for 30 seconds flew magestically before crashing into the field

Ade carefully reconsidering his flight equations (too much payload)

Leigh (Eltee)...

...solar imaging by taking DSLR shots of the laptop screen? We didnt have the heart to spoil his fun by telling hime to try Crabbies instead of Red Wine

Behind the scenes shot of the making of Gravity Sol - The Movie

The sun sets at the end of a fantastic day at Gravity Sol

The old girl had put on a great show for us

 Great pictures and great memories!
It truly was a superb little gathering, fantastic sunny weather, and music and laughter around the campfire after the sun went down,  I loved every minute of it  8)

Nicely done, Chris...

(Looks like I'm in the middle of singing "daaaaaaayyyy-ooooohhhh"!)

Truly enjoyable weekend - the people at work wanted to know which Greek island I had been to

That's a great narrative Chris... as already said; a brilliant weekend (I might change my mind when my cameo appearance airs) with good friends.

Here to the next one and hopefully we can persuade a few of more of you out there to join us !!

Well done, it certainly looks like you guys had a good time. I take there is a slight calm on the forum at the moment as you all process the multitude of avis. Looking forward to more images  :D
