If anyone's watching or able to watch the Sun in Ha there's a CME in progress... looks like a huge galactic shrimp  :laugh:

Wow, that makes a change mate... I'm not smirking, promise   :butt::-*  It's a shame - it's a belter !

Yeap, it does look like it's 2108/09 again, reassigned 2127/28  :thumbup:

Just running a sequence on it every 3 mins to get an animation.... I don't think it is actually a CME as it's still near the surface but looking like it started to go but is now falling back down.... great to watch.... sadly there's quite a bit of cloud around here too so missing a frame every now and then but hopefully I'll get a good movie !

Yeah, we have had rubbish after dark weather since I automated the dome. A PITA as I am dying to try an "image while you sleep" session.
