Is there an equivalent to  EQMOD that you can use with this mount??

It's called iOptron's Commander, http://www.ioptron.com/Articles.asp?ID=289  not as good as eqmod but I would think under development....

I start with Commander to make sure everything is connected then open Maxim
Altair Astro 115 EDT/APO and 8 inch CF/RC, Avalon Linear mount, RoR and lots of stuff...

Hi, a[size=78%]s you've stated start and end with Commander, then for image capture you got to go a long way up the price scale to bet using SGPro (Sequence Generator Pro). Most of the imagers' in the Basingstoke Astronomy Society use SGPro with all kind of rigs. [/size] :thumbup:
