Can anyone tell me if Dry-it-Out still offer a discount to UKAI members?

I was on the phone to them this morning and the answer is no they do not currently offer a discount to UKAI members.

Unfortunately the very generous offer of a discount for UKAI members was abused. We found people joining the forum with the sole purpose of taking advantage of the discount, and then having no ongoing activity, and even posting the discount code on other forums.

I look forward to your ongoing support of UKAI.

That's very mean of people.

What about people who are buying from him for a 2nd time?
I say tongue in cheek since I haven't turned mine on this year yet and hoping it still works.

I was also thinking of buying a replacement after 2-3 years (can't remember exactly) as this one is rattling noisily!

I've had mine for 6 years and it keeps on not working. The "Alarm" (no sound just a light) comes on and it stops. Just for the moment it seems to be working again so keeping my fingers crossed. I was advised over the phone to keep the filter clean. Even though I've never looked at mine it was clean.

On the back is a large grid. There is a finger recess enabling you to easily pull it out. It has a filter on the inside surface. If this is not clear enough I can take a photo.

I haven't taken a look yet, but I think this might be the opening on the back where you have the option of a collection tank instead of continuous drainage.  I'll take a look next time I am out there.
