Some interesting reading from the starparty.org site, which I just found whilst compiling info for our Society (both Spring & Autumn parties):

Specifically :
For either event you can only book by telephone up to a year in advance after the current event
...
you can book for the next event in person at reception when you have arrived and checked in for the current event but only for your own pitch not others

So.... remember that when you arrive....

What if your booked on a shit pitch that looks like you cannot change the pitch for the following year.      or does this mean that you cannot book multiple pitches,   if it's the latter then we may be screwed for 2018 as some cannot make 2017....
