Sunday evening Lunacy
« on: 19:41:04, 02 April, 2017 »
Good evening Lunatics.

Our Moon is looking particularly nice in the early evening sky. Located at the feet of Gemini. We are still high enough to escape the worst of the atmosphere.

This shot was taken at 18:00 ut. using my QHY 5 with a red filter. The scope. C9.25. This is the first outing for this telescope. In a long time. The telescope is mounted onto my IOptron MiniTower II.

This picture is a three frame mosaic.
