A belated post but I bought a Skywatcher Star adventurer earlier this year, but then after delivery, decided that it would not fulfill my loftier ambitions. I emailed them on the off-chance that I could return it, and they said yes no problem! Really delighted with their response and I will definitely use them for my next order, whatever it may be.
