2017 Eclipse

Here is my effort. Was with Peter Vasey at Idaho Falls, just seen his images so thought I would post mine.

Scopes: LX200 8" TS65 Quad TS71 LX90 10"  Orion 127 Mak SkyWatcher 80ED
Solar: Double stacked Lunt 60
Cameras: QHY8 QHY9 QHY5 Atik 16ic Modded 650D
Mounts:  AZEQ5 EQ3
Observatory: Pulsar 7ft

Very nice, Ian - all not lost after all!  And the camera iris diffraction spikes really make the diamond ring sparkle  :urock:
