The calibration wizard just creates a sequence with the right exposures to get the flats themselves. You still have to run that sequence to take the flats/

Run the calibration wizard. This records in SGPro the exposure for each filter for that camera to get the required ADU. Now start a new sequence and add a flat line for each filter with the required number of flats. The exposure will be automatically filled in from the wizard. Run the sequence.

Start new sequence. You don't need a target if you are just going to do flats.

New sequence with profile,   select your profile.

Where you add you light frames select flat frame and filter and it should automatically put the exposure for the given filter.   Connect equipment and start.
