do baader broad band filters help to block light pollution  i know narrow band  do after i use a referance star in dss to align luminence red green blue im useing a lumicon deep sky light pollution   on my ccd camera nose peice when i align the channels in photo shop when i  ballance sky colour back ground in gradient exterminater  my m33 looks to red thats what made me think i had the filters rong in my filter wheel all my subs were 5 minutes not long enough  for better data ive got astroart 6  now to play around with would my lumicon deep sky filter in front of my lum red green blue  filters be causeing the red ness  ill try again with out the filter   to see what happens

RGB do as the bandwidth curves are notched for the common sources of LP. The L filter does not hence why some people do Lp RGB rather than L RGB
