taking the lessons learned from the horsehead I have put together this stack of 30x300 second exposures at iso400 calibrated dark, flat and bias, processed in pixinsight.

I'm not absolutely sure about the focus, I did use a bahtinov mask but the required precision is something I find hard to judge sometimes...

Nice one Ian. Did your base images have a little more signal than last time. It may be the focus was off but sometimes the seeing can have the same impact.

yes, much better snr, not surprising though considering the brighter and broader spectrum nature of the target, it was a much easier stretch.  That said the struggle with B33 gave a lot of useful instruction and I found this a much easier process :)
